SyteLine Forecasting
Minimize inventory, shortages and the associated costs by creating more accurate forecasts and continuously monitoring them against actual demand.  SyteLine Forecasting works with Infor ERP SyteLine to increase forecasting productivity and accuracy by calculating and monitoring the inventory drivers—forecasts, safety stock and order size—allowing you to keep your inventory low while avoiding shortages.  Calculate forecasts using statistical algorithms or through collaboration, or by using planning bills.  Streamline the process of forecasting sellable items or components.  Decrease forecasting time by creating forecasts in minutes, simplify the customer collaboration process, analyze demand to spot trends, easily manage inventory levels and much more.    

SytePlan  - Sales and Operations Planning for SyteLine
SytePlan is a set of tools to help you manage the process of balancing supply and demand to optimize resources and maximize profits.   SytePlan allows you to create an Annual Operating Plan of revenue and unit production for each product you manufacturer.  The tools help you monitor this plan and compare it to Forecasts, Shipments, Orders and Inventory levels.   The tools help you use SyteLine data to answer questions like:

  •  What did we plan to make and sell last month, and how did we do?
  •  How did the backlog and inventory change from the previous month and how should we modify our production plan to respond?
  •  For each product, are we on goal to achieve the Annual Operating Plan, and, if not, was there a decrease in customer demand or was there a production problem?
  •  Did the Forecast change, and, if so, does the new forecast allow us to meet the Annual Operating Plan?
  •  Are we shipping on time, analyzed by customers, products and locations?
  •  Are we selling what we are making and vice versa, and in what areas does sales and production need to work together more closely?

SyteLEAN PullSystem
Calculate optimum inventory levels based on actual sales and usage, reducing excess inventory and shortages, without the complexity of MRP/APS.  The SyteLEAN PullSystem is an easy to use, inventory management system for items that are regularly purchased or manufactured. An electronic Kanban system, SyteLEAN PullSystem automatically “right-sizes” the selected inventory items based on average usage and variability, and "pulls" the replacement orders when inventory is consumed.  It replenishes inventory to the optimum level by creating Kanban “planned orders” that are combined with the APS/MRP planned orders which can be reviewed and released using the SyteLine Planner’s Workbench. Using SyteLEAN PullSystem, manufacturers can automatically manage inventory levels for changes in demand and product mix using LEAN concepts that are much easier to deploy and manage than MRP. 

SyteLEAN Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
Allows you to receive Vendor owned and managed inventory into SyteLine without booking it to your Accounts Payable until the inventory is consumed.  Includes vendor email notifications, reporting and integration with SyteLine Purchasing and Accounts Payable.

SyteLEAN Mobile
Use handheld scanners or mobile PC devices for wireless SyteLine shop floor and warehouse inventory transactions.  Optimized for high volume to efficiently process lot tracked items and license plates/pallets.  Includes cycle counting and job close out functionality. All transactions are validated against SyteLine and posted in real time.
