Steve Baker, CPA, CPIM
President & CEO
Steve Baker has 25 years experience helping manufacturers improve business performance with technology for increased efficiency, productivity and profitability. Prior to founding BTA in 1987, Steve held positions including CFO and IT Director for companies in the service and manufacturing industries, and as a Manager for a worldwide consulting firm. Steve is a CPA and an APICS Certified Production and Inventory Control Manager.

Michael Williams, MBA, CPIM
Vice President of Operations
Michael Williams has 16 years experience helping manufacturers improve efficiency and profitability with ERP systems. Prior to joining BTA in 1997, he was VP of Operations for a $250M electronics manufacturer. He has a BS in Industrial Management and a Masters in Business Administration and is an APICS Certified Production and Inventory Control Manager.
